After our shopping trip to Build-A-Bear Workshop, we attached "get well soon" cards to the stuffed bears and delivered them to the burn center at Stony Brook University Hospital. We were thankful to learn that no child burn victims were hospitalized this weekend! As an advocate for burn safety, Boo Boo Bears reminds everyone to be mindful of fire hazards in this season of deep-frying turkeys, lighting fireplaces, and watering Christmas trees.
