Boo Boo Bears began with a small group of children donating stuffed bears to pediatric burn victims. Over the past decade we have grown into a community that has personally delivered bears to hundreds of hospitalized children!
Supporting child burn victims
In 2009 Boo Boo Bears was established by elementary students Emily & Olivia Peterson. Our main goal is to bring comfort to pediatric burn victims by personally delivering stuffed bears. We are a branch of the Suffolk County Volunteer Firefighters Burn Center Fund, a nonprofit organization based in New York.

Inviting others to join our cause
Boo Boo Bears is about more than simply delivering stuffed bears. We encourage people of all ages to unite for the purpose of comforting children. Our organization also advocates for fire & burn safety, and hopes to spread knowledge of burn prevention through our outreach.
